Orders received before 14.00 for products in stock are usually dispatched within 48 hours. KamiSport AB uses Swedish Post's Business Parcel service and, in some cases, delivery firms for deliveries.

Goods for companies are delivered directly to the delivery address. Should a company have provided as delivery address a P.O. Box or similar, the goods will be delivered by post to the nearest Swedish Post distribution point/post-office.

Swedish Post will normally try to delivery the goods to a given delivery address sometime between 08.00 and 16.00 on normal working days. However, if no-one is there to receive the goods, delivery will be made to the nearest distribution point for collection, providing the goods weigh less than 20 kg. Goods that weigh between 20 and 35 kg will be held back at the nearest post terminal or haulier. Pallets and goods that weigh more than 35 kg will be held back at the nearest terminal for heavy haulage. New delivery can be ordered via Swedish Post's customer service at +46 (0)33 - 10 80 30 and charged in accordance with Swedish Post's price list.

Cash on delivery
Your order will be delivered via DHL or Swedish Post's Business Parcel service. Delivery is only undertaken via DHL or Swedish Post's Business Parcel service. Please note that deliveries can only be managed within Sweden.

Credit card
Your order will be delivered via DHL or Swedish Post's Business Parcel service.

No information about card number or other sensitive information will be left directly to www.KamiSport.se. Once you've confirmed your order and clicked on "Pay now", you will be transferred to a new page where you can provide relevant information such as credit card number, etc.

Invoice
Your order will be delivered via DHL or Swedish Post's Business Parcel service. Delivery is undertaken when all of your ordered items have been stocked.

What are cookies and how do they work?

Naturally, you have the right to correct personal details that may be inaccurate, either by asking us to undertake the changes or by doing it yourself when logged on to our website.

Terms & conditions
Applicability
KamiSport's general terms and price list are valid in accordance with the dates notified on KamiSport's website and replace previous sales terms published by KamiSport. Goods presented on KamiSport's website comprise KamiSport's regular range. Possible differences in terms, product information and prices given in other publications are overruled by the corresponding information provided via KamiSport's website.

Prices and payment
The prices on KamiSport's website are updated in real time. VAT and carriage costs will be added. Prices are given in Swedish kronor. KamiSport reserves the right to change offered prices without prior notification.
Parent or other guardian must provide written approval for sales to underaged customers.
Overdue payments will be subject to penal interest amounting to eight (8) % of the amount due plus reference interest rate (previously official discount rate) from the due date. Further, KamiSport will charge a statutory reminder fee for each notification. We currently charge SEK 250 excl. VAT for unclaimed parcels.

Our sales of import products that are not standard stock products, are based on the date of invoice regarding exchange rates *. A preliminary sale price will be given when the order is received, based on that current exchange rate. This will be adjusted in accordance with the days current exchange rate at the billing of the order.

* The currency rate is the exchange rate between the buying and selling currency.

Carriage costs
Carriage costs are added to all orders. The total carriage cost is estimated when your order is invoiced, which is when you can see how much your parcel weighs, whether it is valid for additional bulk costs, if your order has to be delivered on a pallet, or if it comprises several parcels.

Right of repurchase
For consumer rights to repurchase, i.e. the right to exercise withdrawal, see below under the section "Consumer (private person) rights to repurchase in connection with distance agreements". For products from our regular range where the original wrapping or cover (in the case of diskettes/DVDs) hasn't been opened, KamiSport will accept repurchase within ten days from the invoice date. Goods for which the original wrapping has been destroyed or lost, components are missing, or the product has been used, will not be repurchased. Neither is repurchase valid for software, image and audio recordings with broken seals (by which is also meant technical seals such as serial numbers), or goods specially ordered on behalf of a customer. Computers/hand-held devices and similar products (such as mobile phones) on which the seal has been broken, and/or operating systems that have been started up, will not be repurchased.

On repurchase, the customer shall reimburse KamiSport's carriage costs. For repurchase amounts that exceed a value of SEK 1 000 excl. VAT, a repurchase fee of currently SEK 250 plus VAT will be charged. Carriage costs and repurchase fees are either charged against the customer's outstanding account with KamiSport or invoiced separately.

For repurchase, contact KamiSport's Customer Service at +46 (0)33 - 10 80 30, info@kamisport.se, or via KamiSport's website at www.kamisport.com and provide information on order and invoice number to obtain a returns number. Please note that the receipt of a returns number does not automatically mean that your repurchase has been approved. The returns number is valid for 14 days, during which time the goods shall have been received by KamiSport. On return of products, carriage costs shall be paid and order sheet, invoice and information on valid returns number be enclosed. The goods shall be packaged securely in wrapping approved by DHL (brown corrugated cardboard, for example). Returns that are sent to KamiSport in an envelope or without approved wrapping will be returned to the customer without further measure since such delivery is not approved for repurchase. Failure to pay carriage costs or provide the returns number and other requested information will also result in KamiSport sending back the goods to the customer without further measure.

A repurchase is approved only when KamiSport has received and checked the goods and ascertained that the product has been sent back in accordance with the above terms.

Unclaimed parcels
For packages that have not been claimed on delivery and have been returned to KamiSport, a current cost of SEK 250 incl. VAT will be charged to cover KamiSport's costs for transportation and handling.

Consumer (private person) rights to repurchase in connection with distance agreements
Consumers have the right to exercise withdrawal in accordance with Swedish consumer protection legislation, in which case the customer shall notify KamiSport by sending back an ordered product or providing KamiSport with information about a repurchase within 14 days from receiving the goods or part of the goods. The right to repurchase does not, however, cover software and audio and image recordings for which the seals have been broken. By sealing is also meant technical seals such as serial numbers. Repurchase will only be approved for goods that haven't been used, altered or damaged. The right to repurchase is not valid for companies.

Should you wish to exercise your right to repurchase as a consumer, please contact KamiSport's Customer Service at (0)33 - 10 80 30, info@kamisport.se or via KamiSport's website at www.kamisport.com. Please state your order or invoice number so that we can provide you with a prepaid consignment note and a returns number to be used for return of the goods. The returns number facilitates identification and administration of your repurchase.

Guarantees
Guarantees are provided by the manufacturers; KamiSport does not supplement guarantees beyond those specified by the manufacturers.

Inherent product risk
Inherent product risk becomes the responsibility of the buyer as soon as KamiSport has dispatched the goods. For consumers, inherent product risk becomes the buyer's responsibility as soon as the goods have been received by the customer.

Claims
To claim on a faulty product (see below for transport damages), corporate customers shall notify KamiSport at the latest 30 days from the invoice date and return the product in accordance with KamiSport's terms. Consumers (private persons) shall return a faulty product within reasonable time after having detected the fault.

Corporate customers shall check all goods on arrival to ensure that the products are functional. For claims received by KamiSport more than 30 days after the invoice date, KamiSport reserves the right to determine whether such claim shall be met. As regards consumers (private persons), KamiSport undertakes to pay for faults providing this can be done at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable time-frame for KamiSport. For general terms, please check Swedish consumer legislation. See also below regarding responsibility for faults.

To make a claim, contact KamiSport's Customer Service at +46 (0)33 - 10 80 30, info@kamisport.se, or via KamiSport's website at www.kamisport.com and provide your order and invoice number so that we can give you a returns number. Please note that the receipt of a returns number does not automatically mean that your claim has been approved. Returns numbers for corporate customers are valid for 14 days, during which time the goods shall have been received by KamiSport. Consumers (private persons) shall use the prepaid consignment note provided by KamiSport in order to return the goods. The product should be sent within 14 days after receipt of the prepaid consignment note. On return of products, carriage costs shall be paid and consignment note, invoice and information on valid returns number be enclosed. The goods shall be packaged securely in wrapping approved by DHL (brown corrugated cardboard, for example). Returns that are sent to KamiSport in an envelope or without approved wrapping will be returned to the customer without further measure since such delivery is not approved for claim. Failure to pay carriage costs or provide the returns number and other requested information will also result in KamiSport sending back the goods to the customer without further measure. Possible transport damages that arise on account of defective wrapping will be charged to the customer. KamiSport reserves the right to check products on receipt. Should a product turn out to be in working order, the return will not be approved and KamiSport will charge the customer a test fee of SEK 250 incl. VAT.

Transport damages shall be notified to DHL on the day of arrival. Please also notify KamiSport via +46 (0)33 - 10 80 30 or info@kamisport.se.

Responsibility for faults
Businesses
If KamiSport is responsible for a fault, we will, following our own evaluation, remedy such fault by repairing the product, delivering a new one or repaying the purchase sum. KamiSport reserves the right to refer customers directly to the manufacturer of a product or a workshop listed by the manufacturer for reparation of faults. Please note that measures may be covered by manufacturer guarantee and you should therefore always check the terms of the guarantee.
KamiSport's responsibilities regarding faulty products are limited to the terms stated in our general sales terms. In other words, KamiSport cannot be held directly or indirectly responsible for such things as, and not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, damage that the use of a product may give rise to, product responsibility, nonrealised profit, operative disruptions, loss of stored information, extra work that results from anything to do with the product, and financial damages. Please note that manufacturer information on support and how to report a fault may be in English, and in some cases claims can only be undertaken via a manufacturer's e-mail or website.

Consumers (private persons)
General Swedish consumer legislation covers the rights of consumers (private persons). KamiSport may undertake to help a consumer by rectifying the fault or delivering a replacement if such measure can be undertaken at a reaonsonable cost and within a reasonable time-frame for KamiSport. KamiSport also has the right to at our own expense repair the fault or undertake new delivery. Further, there are some conditions under which a consumer may be reimbursed for a faulty product.

Technical support
For general technical support (user support) or product faults, KamiSport may refer customers to the manufacturer of a product and, if applicable, to chargeable third-party support. Telephone numbers for manufacturers and suppliers are listed under Customer Service/Support. Please not that support may be given in English, and in some cases is only provided via e-mail and websites.

Personal data
KamiSport is responsible for any personal data customers provide us with. We store information in order to fulfil our obligations as a seller and for marketing uses. Whenever you wish, you can change your data (including canceling catalogues and direct mail) by logging on to our website with your user name and the password you received by e-mail. Customers who don't have access to a computer can contact us via tel. +46 (0)33 - 10 80 30.

Special terms for software
Software rights are provided solely in the form of special terms/licence agreements enclosed in the purchase.

Other
Facts and prices are provided with reservation for printing errors, price increases carried through by suppliers, technical specifications that are unclear, and the possibility of a product selling out.
